Power BI Desktop

This course introduces Microsoft Power BI in retrospect of transforming data and visualizing data, while utilizing Excel as an importing source. This particular platform is the canopy of connecting to data-driven software like cloud-based data warehouses in pursuit of transforming the information to a readable published report.

Students will have the ability to complete report building and publishing through the desktop for public and private shared users.

Course Objective

The objective of the course is to assist students with the transformation of data into a visual map of reporting. It will also introduce the relationships model that includes a one-to-many build out.

Students will understand the importance of demonstrating the efficiency of applying functionality for dashboard comprehensive use as well as having the ability to share with other users.
