Her expertise spans management, strategic planning, human resources, and organizational behavior.<\/p>

Beyond academia, Dr. Taffs-Cook has held leadership roles in business development, marketing, and community engagement. She has served as Chairperson of the SouthKent Chamber and held executive positions in healthcare and hospitality industries, driving strategic growth and operational excellence.<\/p>

Holding a Doctorate in Business Administration from Northwood University, her research focuses on leadership and performance, particularly in high-pressure environments.
