Dr. Terri Griffin is an accomplished executive leader in human resources, a creative strategist, and adjunct professor. With a career rooted in organizational excellence and authentic leadership, she brings a dynamic blend of strategic insight, emotional intelligence, and cultural fluency to every space she enters. Her work spans talent development, executive coaching, and workplace transformation, always with a focus on elevating people and purpose.

Dr. Griffin completed her undergrad studies at Edward Waters University in Jacksonville, Florida. She holds a Master’s of Business administration from Nova Southeastern University and a Doctorate of Business Administration from Liberty University.

As an educator, Dr. Griffin is passionate about bridging theory and practice while infusing her classroom with real world leadership lessons, inclusive dialogue, and a commitment to student growth. She continues to expand her expertise through ongoing professional development, staying at the forefront of HR innovation, branding, employment laws and organizational culture.
