Managing Service Quality In Hospitality And Tourism
Students will recognize and assess quality management processes in the hospitality and tourism related organizations. Students will learn to evaluate departmental processes and planning strategies. This program will teach the students to practice service quality concepts and skills in the hospitality industry.
