MICROSOFT OFFICE 365 with ACCESS
This course introduces Microsoft Office 365 as a platform that integrates a suite of applications using the Ribbon as a tool of communication. The suite comprises information as it splits specialized areas between Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
This course will cover the defining of each application and its network system within the platforms.
Course Objective
This course will introduce users to documenting, formulating, presenting, and the etiquette of emailing. It will also provide the tools to design, build, and create quality documents that can be utilized personally and professionally,
This course will align the business professional with applications that will assist with faster productivity with the elevation of innovation.

Day 1
Introduction To Microsoft 365:
Microsoft 365 suite will be introduced to students as a networking family. The objective is to allow students to understand the goal of each application. Also, the students will have the ability to connect tasks with each application, while collaborating them all together.
Microsoft Word:
Microsoft Word is a document building application that allows the user to process easy to difficult paperwork. Students will learn how to create and customize personal and professional documents that can be used for various purposes.
Microsoft Excel:
Microsoft Excel is a user-friendly spreadsheet program that can be utilized for calculating, formulating, and data analyzing. Students will be introduced to building a spreadsheet and transforming the data.
Microsoft PowerPoint:
Microsoft PowerPoint is a presentation application that allows users to build and format slide shows for public or private events. Students will be introduced to the tools that bundle a design package for success.
Microsoft Outlook:
Microsoft Outlook is a messaging platform that receives and delivers emails for users that are connected to the environment. Students will learn the etiquette of email writing and the process of sending and receiving.
Microsoft Teams:
Microsoft Teams provides a workspace for team members to collaborate on sharing information and planning. Students will understand the accessibility of the platform and when to utilize it.
