This course provides students with a thorough understanding of the concept of entrepreneurship and its purpose in hospitality. Students will study the different business processes. The course investigates a range of issues in management, new products in development, the importance of corporate branding, marketability, and the innovation for international and regional hospitality and tourism industries. Emphasis on generating new innovative strategies, initiatives, and ideas.
